Mindfulness in Motion®-Youth

Mind/body video supported curriculum for physical, emotional, & mental well-being designed to be integrated into P.E. or Health.

Teachers will be provided training plus additional support materials to help facilitate the curriculum with fidelity.

Safe Haven

Safe Haven is a group trauma-sensitive mindfulness program for youth to develop social-emotional wellness from the inside out.

By creating a physically, emotionally, and culturally safe experience, individuals will cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-regulation to foster resilience, confidence, and healthy connections.
