Mindfulness Matters Workshop

Workshop to introduce educators, administrators, counselors and parents to the meaning of mindfulness and the benefits to their own self-care and their students.

The time includes a direct experience with a variety of mindfulness practices.

A downloadable handbook is provided with 5 tools they can use to implement mindfulness in their own life and in their classroom.

A perfect compliment to SEL programs and curriculum.

Mindfulness in Motion®

Teacher Training

Physical Education/Health teachers to support the Mindfulness in Motion for PE on-demand video program curriculum.

This training provides the knowledge, skills, and tools needed for teachers to facilitate the MIM program for their students.

This training includes support material handouts for each video lesson that includes extra mindfulness practices and activities with step-by-step instructions on how to setup the class and guide them through the practices.

Lighter Being™

Originally designed for Teachers/Educators to accommodate their busy lives.

Lighter Being™ is a transformative series designed to take a few moments each week and each day to develop their own mindfulness practice.

Lighter Being teaches the skills of everyday mindfulness through an on-demand series of videos with supporting weekly downloadable practice lessons.

Each video is approx. 15-20 minutes in length, involves focus, self-awareness, and gentle movement.

The series is designed to be taken at an individual’s chosen pace.

The lesson document supports the learner in incorporating the lesson into their daily life.

(Length: 14 Weeks/Once a week with daily Practice exercises)
