We offer a variety of classes such as MindFIIT, and BAAD Yoga (Basic Adaptive And Doable).

Mindful movements offers physical and mental health benefits for people of all ages.

The classes can be customized to the community being served.

Additionally: We are partnering with various organizations to bring mindfulness understanding and practices to diverse communities. By fostering mindfulness within the community, we create a ripple effect that enhances the assimilation of healthy practices among families. This collective mindfulness promotes well-being and resilience across the community.
