Helping Young People Build the Skills for Life
Students today face increasing pressure, distraction, and uncertainty. MIM for Youth helps young people develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience, focus, healthy relationships, and self-leadership.
Through engaging mindfulness, movement, breath, and reflection practices, students learn how to understand what is happening inside them, respond rather than react, and make choices that support success in school, relationships, and life.
MIM for Educators
Supporting the People Who Shape the Future
Educators give so much to others, yet often have little time to care for themselves. MIM for Educators provides practical tools that help teachers, administrators, and school staff reduce stress, strengthen resilience, improve school culture, and sustain their passion for the work they do.
Participants leave with strategies they can use personally and professionally—creating healthier classrooms, stronger relationships, and more connected learning environments.

Mindfulness in Motion®-Youth
Mind/body video supported curriculum for physical, emotional, & mental well-being designed to be integrated into P.E. or Health.

Safe Haven
Safe Haven is a group trauma-sensitive mindfulness program for youth to develop social-emotional wellness from the inside out.
By creating a physically, emotionally, and culturally safe experience, individuals will cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-regulation to foster resilience, confidence, and healthy connections.
